Specto, a software development and training company, managed the ICDL program in Jordan from 2001 to 2011, expanding to oversee it in 10 MENA countries since 2011. They administer BCS professional certificates in Arab nations and developed an Automated Testing System for ICDL tests. Specto Management Information System is used in around 15 MENA countries. Currently, the company is working on a Property Management System with advanced technologies for a major Gulf real estate project.
