Specto Holds an ICDL Awareness Day in Universities and Colleges
The educational sector in Jordan is considered the most important in terms of ICDL
endorsements and implementation. Specto held an ICDL Awareness Day at Al-Albayt
University and The Faculty of Amman College to be in direct contact with freshmen and
other students. The purpose of this day is to make sure that students are aware of the
available ICDL modules and their positive impact on their studies. The days included
several presentations about the ICDL modules and the importance of digital skills to
secure a good job. In addition to this, Specto representatives placed an ICDL booth in
students meeting points and interacted directly with students by giving them brochures
and answering their inquiries about any of the ICDL modules. Hundreds of students
showed interest in the program and the deans appreciated the assistance Specto offered
in marketing the program. Specto plans to carryout this activity in other universities and
colleges.
