Specto Organizes Marketing Event in Sudan about ICDL in Higher Education
Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof.
Somaya Abo Kashwa, Specto and Sudan University of Science and Technology jointly
organized a marketing event targeting the higher education institutions in Sudan.
Delegates from more than 60 universities and colleges, ministries, and other organizations
have participated in the event. This is in addition to representatives of about 30 ICDL
accredited centers in the country. Total number of attendees was about 150.
Specto has been targeting universities and institutions over the past few years. Number of
Candidates from these institutions that registered in the ICDL (about 6,000 Candidates)
represents almost 60% of the total number of registrations in Sudan.
The event featured technical details about ICDL highlighting the benefits and importance
of the program, and success stories from the top 5 accredited centers. Plaques of
appreciation and certificates were delivered to top performers.
