Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific
Research (MoHESR), Prof. Salim Khalbos, Specto and MoHESR launched the International
Computer Driving License program (ICDL) in 30 accredited 4C centers all over Tunisia. This
was a result of the agreement signed between the two parties in May 2017. Execution of
the agreement included holding 6 ICDL workshops in different areas of Tunisia. 91 trainers
attended the training and passed the ICDL tests.
In addition to the 4C staff centers, attendees of the events represented 20 public
universities, 10 private universities and 6 vocational training centers, as well as
representatives from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Vocational Training and
Employment, and the Tunisian Agency for Technical Cooperation. Moreover,
representatives of the MoHE in Morocco attended the event.
The event featured technical details about the program presented by ECDL Foundation
and Specto highlighting the benefits and importance of the program.
The Minister delivered the ICDL accreditation certificates for the accredited centers and
the ICDL certificates for the 4C trainers.
