Specto held a 10-day workshop in Sudan for 16 of the accredited centers on Online
Collaboration and Web Editing. Participants from main institutes and universities
attended the workshop such as: Bayan College of Science and Technology, Khartoum
College of Applied Studies, Karary University, Sudan University of Science and
Technology, Sudatel Telecom Academy SUDACAD, Directorate of Information Systems,
and many others.
At the end of the workshop, participants sat for the real tests of the two modules, 18
students performed the Online Collaboration exam, fortunately, 17 of them passed with
high grades. As for the Web Editing test, 5 out of 11 passed the test. A retake test will
take place in the coming few days.
The workshop encouraged the participants to set a work plan for implementing the new
modules in their centers.
More workshops will be held in Sudan to market the new modules and encourage
students to obtain the certification.
