Specto has completed the second phase of the "AI Awareness and Capacity Building for Government Employees" project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. This initiative is part of national efforts to enhance public sector readiness for digital transformation.

This phase commenced on December 21, 2025, and concluded on February 23, 2026. It focused on conducting training workshops directly within the headquarters of the targeted government institutions to ensure direct access to administrative staff in their professional environment.

The first workshop was held at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, marking the start of a series of sessions across 30 government entities. The program primarily targeted senior management, including directors and heads of departments, with the aim of raising awareness of AI concepts, its applications, and its role in supporting decision-making and improving institutional efficiency.

Conducting these workshops on-site allowed the training content to be tailored to the specific needs of each entity, fostering practical engagement with the presented concepts and contributing to the development of the government work environment. This phase serves as a continuation of the project’s roadmap to empower government leadership and enable them to keep pace with digital transformation requirements and modern technologies.
