Specto has launched the third phase of the "AI Awareness and Capacity Building for Government Employees" project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. This step aims to deepen the technical and practical AI skills of government personnel.

The phase commenced on March 26, 2026, and is currently ongoing. It focuses on providing specialized technical and vocational AI training tailored specifically for IT department employees within government institutions.

The training program includes 20 employees from 20 different government entities, with one representative from each organization, ensuring a focused and effective transfer of technical knowledge within the participating government bodies.

Held at the Amman Chamber of Commerce, the program consists of an intensive 100-hour training curriculum covering the practical and applied aspects of artificial intelligence. This is designed to enhance the participants' ability to implement these technologies within the government work environment.

This phase serves as a continuation of the project’s previous stages, with a heightened focus on building advanced technical capabilities to support digital transformation and improve performance efficiency in the public sector.
