Specto’s collaboration with the Ministry of Education in Jordan reflects a long-standing commitment to quality, scale, and institutional impact. This partnership builds on early foundations led by Prof. Ahmad Abu-el-Haija, who initiated a strategic collaboration between the Ministry and Jordanian universities to deliver ICDL programs under a robust quality assurance framework.

Since its establishment in 2005, Specto has further strengthened and expanded ICDL operations across the Ministry and nationwide. Over the past two decades, more than 70,000 teachers have been trained and certified, reinforcing digital competencies across the education sector.

Today, over 30 schools implement ICDL programs under Specto’s direct supervision, with thousands of students enrolling and achieving certification annually—supported by a highly qualified team and rigorous quality standards.
