Specto’s collaboration with the General Telecommunications Institute in Yemen demonstrates a strong model of scalability, sustainability, and local empowerment. Through this partnership, Specto has trained more than 30,000 individuals nationwide, with over half of these initiatives supported by the Social Development Fund (SDF).

A key strength of this collaboration lies in its sustainable approach. Following the initial implementation phase, training and capacity-building efforts were successfully transferred to local Yemeni centers. With ongoing supervision and quality assurance from Specto, these centers continue to deliver high-quality programs independently—ensuring long-term impact and local ownership.
