Specto’s collaboration with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Jordan reflects a strong commitment to empowerment, inclusion, and impact within refugee communities. Since 2014, this partnership has supported the delivery of ICDL programs in refugee camps, equipping participants with essential digital skills to enhance their education and employment opportunities.

Through structured training and certification pathways, more than 5,000 candidates have successfully obtained ICDL certification. A key strength of this initiative lies in its focus on empowering individuals with practical, market-relevant skills, enabling them to build resilience and actively participate in the digital economy.
