In partnership with Finn Church Aid (FCA), Specto delivered ICDL programs across refugee camps in Jordan between 2019 and 2021, focusing on building foundational digital skills for underserved communities. This initiative was designed to provide participants with practical competencies that support both educational advancement and access to livelihood opportunities.

During the project period, 723 candidates achieved ICDL certification through structured training and assessment processes. The strength of this collaboration lies in its focused, results-driven approach—ensuring measurable outcomes within a defined timeframe while maintaining high standards of training quality and certification integrity.
